Client Objectives

Our team was selected by a leading shopfitter to provide all-encompassing electrical services for “Media Make Up” located in the bustling Myer Centre in Adelaide’s CBD.

The objective was to enhance the retail space’s functionality and aesthetic appeal through sophisticated electrical and lighting solutions, tailored to the unique needs of a meida make up, where a lot of their work needs great lighting options to help their clients get the best results possible.

Challenges Faced

During the project, several challenges emerged including:

  • Tight Schedules: Adhering to a stringent timeline while coordinating with multiple trades Plumbers, carpenters etc.
  • Ongoing Scope Adjustments: To effectively manage frequent adjustments to the project scope, our team implemented flexible planning and dynamic resource allocation strategies. We collaborated closely with our staff and other trades to swiftly identify and resolve emerging issues, ensuring that project milestones were met without compromising on quality or efficiency.
  • Trade Coordination: Working seamlessly alongside other tradespeople, often in a congested workspace is always challenging but we have over 15 years experience with this style of work so it is nothing new to us.
